Yeng has over 29 years of leadership experience in financial services and asset management, specializing in leveraging capital markets to address global challenges. Her expertise spans working with institutional investors and ultra high-net-worth clients, developing OCIO solutions, and liquidity management strategies for sovereign wealth funds.

In 2024, she founded Chestnut Run Capital Partners, an investment firm dedicated to providing alternative credit solutions for businesses ready to scale in the climate, health, and education sectors. Previously, she held key operating roles at Allspring Global Investments (formerly Wells Fargo Asset Management) and State Street Global Advisors.

At Allspring, she led the Multi-Asset Investment and Global Liquidity Solutions teams, driving asset growth to over $200B in those business lines. She was also a member of the Allspring Executive Management Team. At State Street Global Advisors, Yeng served as Global Head of Cash Business, where she was responsible for all client-facing activities, including sales, strategy, operations, and services for the firm's cash management clients worldwide.

Her career began at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, where as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, she helped double the institutional cash business.

She holds an M.P.A. from Harvard University and a B.A. from Dartmouth College. She also serves on the Milton Academy Board of Trustees, and is a member of NxtWork, supporting women executives in corporate leadership.
